Can't you read my belt?

I found this intriguing enough to post, even though this was designed back in 2002. The show was Sputnik's 2002 Tokyo Designers Block and a small group of designers were invited to submit any designs related to travel and airports.

This was Nicholas Lovegrove's submission - a belt that one could use to show whether they were available or not.
